Welcome To CCAIMRS

The ACB Living Knowledge Initiative

ACB performance traditions hold embodied memory and wisdom. We preserve and steward this knowledge with dignity for future generations.

WHY WE EXIST

The Archive is not a vault, it’s a living library.

Our archive holds more than recordings. It holds lineages, stories, contexts, and the ethics of “how” knowledge is carried and shared.

What you’ll find inside:

  • Movement and rhythm libraries (dance + drumming vocabularies)
  • Oral histories and artist/elder interviews
  • Performance documentation and repertoire traces
  • Teaching tools: notes, diagrams, prompts, and protocols
  • Context: community histories, meanings, and cultural frameworks

Our Partners

Join the movement

CCAIMRS is not just an archive—it’s a movement elevating ACB movement systems beyond performance into the stratosphere of science, policy, and play.
